What Makes Dental Implants Unique?
Dental implants provide a replacement for missing teeth that is virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth. Anchored into the jawbone, these tooth replacements provide an effective and realistic option for regaining confidence in one’s smile. Dr. Patch and our team of experienced implant dentists are well-equipped with the advanced technology and techniques necessary to ensure successful and long-term dental implant treatment. Your Dental Implant Journey at a Glance
At Woodstock General & Implant Dentistry, our approach to dental implant treatment is customized to cater to your individual oral health requirements and aesthetic desires. We will begin with a consultation, during which we will discuss your dental history and smile goals. Dr. Patch will use 3D images from a Cone Beam Computer Tomography (CBCT) scanner to take digital X-rays and devise a personalized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, our doctor will also assess whether you require any tooth extraction or bone grafting prior to the procedure.
To ensure success and efficiency, guided techniques may be employed, and sedation is available for a comfortable, pain-free experience. We’ll begin your procedure by making a small incision in your jawbone and placing four to six implants. Once placed, the abutment will be attached, and we’ll place your temporary restoration so you can enjoy your new smile right away! Over the next three to six months, your jawbone will heal and fuse to your dental implants through a process called Osseointegration. Once healed, we’ll place your final restoration. With a proper hygiene routine, your full-mouth dental implants will last a lifetime!
Personalized Treatment Plans,
Truly Personalized Smiles
Our mission is to restore your smile to its former glory, ensuring that it is both unique and healthy, all while keeping it affordable. We provide customized dental implant services that cater to your specific smile goals. Our full-mouth dental implant services are designed to offer personalized solutions that cater to your unique needs.
Single Tooth Implants
If you’re missing just one tooth, no need to fret! Dr. Patch can replace your single missing tooth with the help of a natural-looking, tooth-colored dental crown that sets on a single dental implant. This single-tooth implant is customized to match the surrounding teeth so no one can tell you were ever missing a tooth.
Multiple Tooth Implants
Since dental implants are customizable, they can fix one, multiple, or a full set of missing teeth. Our multiple tooth implants connect to a few strategically placed implants to support a fixed, permanent dental bridge. This dental bridge is personalized to your facial structure and skin tone and is made to match the size, shape, and color of your surrounding teeth.
Implant-Supported Dentures
With our implant-supported dentures, patients can reap the benefits of a beautiful, functional smile that is implanted in the jawbone for a stable foundation, so their dentures do not require adhesive to stay in place. These dentures can be removed for proper hygiene and cleaning and help to limit bone recession.
Full-Mouth Dental Implants
The full smile makeover you’ve been wanting! Considered the “gold standard” of dental implants, our full-mouth dental implants offer a brand-new smile in just one visit! Implanted in the jawbone for optimal support are four or more posts that your new teeth attach to, creating a full arch of dental implants, allowing them to look, feel and function like natural teeth.
